We try to keep busy so we appreciate any leeway you can give us when calling to schedule service. Typically we can accommodate requests with 1-2 weeks notice.

We will schedule a date and time for your service. On that date, you or someone you trust should be home to allow us access. If interior window cleaning is part of your service, we ask that you remove delicate or sensitive items from window sills and ledges. Ensure that all windows are closed and latched. If there is any large furniture up against interior glass, accessibility will be determined during the estimate phase. If possible, our techs will move furniture if you are unable to do so before service. Please do not hose off your home exterior before we arrive.

It is prudent to Softwash your home annually or every 18 months and clean your windows every quarter or every 6 months.

Commercial repeat work is usually billed out on a 30 day rotation. Residential work is typically paid at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, all major credit/debit cards, and ACH deposits.

Pressure washers use 2000-4000psi water to blast away dirt and stains from the surface. Sometimes the water is heated to increase the cleaning power. This is a great method for cleaning hard surfaces like concrete. However, it is far too destructive for the finishes on your house. Pressure washing can damage paint, wood, window seals, stucco and any outdoor appliances and furniture that you may have. A Softwash uses more water at lower pressures to gently flush away the dirt and grime without damaging your home. Environmentally safe detergents aid this process instead of heat, which will only further damage delicate finishes.
